 Tesla
Motors plans to set up a hub in Menlo Park, California. July
27, 2007, the company signed a short-term lease with Stanford University,
which owns the old Anderson Chevrolet site at 300 El Camino Real.

Tesla Motors, the maker of electric-powered roadsters, announced
today that it has chosen the Bay Area to build a manufacturing plant
for its new model, an electric sedan that is expected to go into

Tesla Roadster is a new sports car
that based on the Lotus Alise. It has a range of 250 miles, GPS
navigation, air conditioning, air bags, a great sound system, and
heated seats. It's totally emissions-free because it has no internal
combustion engine, being powered by lithium ion batteries.
